Water damage

Commercial water damage resulted when a supply line to the automatic water filtration system burst and deposited large amounts of water onto the floor. This water loss event happened during the night, so the water kept flowing for some time. Upon discovery, SERVPRO of Carroll County was called in to clean up the water. We employed truck mounted heavy duty extractors to pump out the water. We set up industrial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers while directing the moisture laden air to the exterior of the building to improve the relative humidity of the interior of the office space. The drying phase went on all night and into the next day.
