Commercial water damage

SERVPRO of Carroll County recently received a call from a property manager in Westminster Maryland with water in their storage room from a burst pipe in the ceiling.  The customer’s basement had about 2 inches of clean water from the incident.  Some of ceiling tiles had to be removed, and the standing water was extracted.

Our team at SERVPRO of Carroll County extracted the standing water and then used commercial grade dehumidifiers and air mover to dry out the affected area. Speed was important on this job so that work could not be delayed.
